Whats Included In Assisted Living Costs?
Our pricing is designed to be transparent and all-inclusive. Your monthly payment covers all utilities, property maintenance, regular dining, snack bar, and regularly scheduled activities. All furnishings, equipment, and access to community amenities at our homes is included – so you and your family can plan confidently without unexpected expenses.
Residents are able to bring their own furniture and equipment into the residence upon request if it is safe, suitable, and can be accommodated within the homes. Our team will work with you during the move-in process to help you settle into your new home.
Technology support is provided to all residents with shared in-house equipment to enhance digital communication and connection. Residents are always welcome to use their personal electronic devices.

A custom-built., fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen is available for your personal use. With quartz countertops and a large island, our kitchen is designed to make your culinary creations enjoyable.
Accessibility
Custom stair-lifts are installed in each home. Washrooms are equipped with grab bars and non-slip floors. Our furnishings are specially selected for Assisted Living to promote safety and functionality.
Safety & Security
Each home is fully secured and monitored by our team 24/7. Built-in smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and outdoor perimeter security cameras ensure peace of mind for every resident.
Privacy & Space
